Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ankrahstudios.com, learn.ankrahstudios.com, our landing pages, funnels, forms, calendars, and any services provided by Ankrah Studios LLC (“Ankrah Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our websites, submitting a form, booking a call, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Work With

Our services are offered for business and organization purposes. If you engage us on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Website, Funnels, And Landing Pages

Information on our websites, landing pages, funnels, videos, and marketing materials is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. It may describe services, approaches, examples, or potential outcomes, but it does not create a binding agreement by itself.

Submitting a form, watching a training, or booking a call does not guarantee that Ankrah Studios will accept a project or enter into a working relationship. Specific services, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and responsibilities are confirmed in a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or production agreement (“Project Agreement”).

Services, Proposals, And Agreements

Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, usage rights, and production details are confirmed in a Project Agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement controls.

Scheduling, Deposits, And Payments

  • Booking deposit: Projects typically require a deposit or initial payment to reserve production dates and begin work.

  • Payment schedule: Remaining balances or recurring payments are due according to the invoice, proposal, or Project Agreement.

  • Late or unpaid invoices: We may pause work, delay production, withhold delivery, or suspend access to services if invoices are unpaid.

Cancellations And Rescheduling

  • Notice: We request at least one (1) week notice to reschedule production or project-related meetings whenever possible.

  • Flexibility: We try to be flexible when circumstances require changes, but availability is not guaranteed.

  • Weather or location issues: If weather, access issues, or other conditions impact production, we may reschedule to the next mutually available date.

Refunds

Deposits, initial payments, and payments made toward reserved production dates are generally non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing. Other payments are non-refundable unless stated differently in a Project Agreement or agreed in writing.

Production Responsibilities

Client responsibilities typically include:

  • Providing accurate project information, business context, goals, and timely feedback.

  • Securing location access, permits, permissions, and any necessary approvals.

  • Ensuring all participants have authorization to appear on camera.

  • Coordinating releases, talent, location approvals, or internal permissions unless we agree in writing to handle them.

  • Arriving prepared for scheduled strategy calls, production sessions, interviews, and filming dates.

If delays occur due to missing access, approvals, feedback, participants, or information, project timelines may shift and additional costs may apply.

Content Program Responsibilities

For ongoing content programs, the effectiveness of the work depends on client collaboration and implementation. Clients are responsible for posting, distributing, approving, and using delivered content unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Ankrah Studios may provide guidance, strategy, production, and deliverables, but we do not guarantee specific views, leads, sales, appointments, revenue, followers, or platform performance.

Revisions And Feedback

  • Included revisions: Unless stated otherwise in a Project Agreement, projects include two (2) rounds of revisions.

  • What counts as a revision: Revisions are changes to the edit based on existing footage and the agreed creative direction.

  • Out-of-scope changes: Major changes, new creative direction, additional deliverables, significant re-edits, new assets, or requests outside the approved scope may be billed separately.

  • Client delays: If client feedback is delayed, delivery timelines will shift accordingly.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on project scope, client responsiveness, and workload. Timelines are estimates unless guaranteed in writing. For ongoing content programs, delivery schedules will be outlined in the relevant proposal or Project Agreement.

Raw Footage And Project File Retention

  • Raw footage: Raw footage delivery is available as an add-on at an additional cost unless included in writing.

  • Retention: We are not obligated to archive or retain footage, project files, or deliverables beyond twelve (12) months after project completion and final delivery. Data loss can occur due to technical failure or circumstances outside our control.

Ownership, License, And Portfolio Use

A. Ownership. Unless otherwise stated in writing, Ankrah Studios retains ownership of raw footage, project files, and creative materials.

B. Client license. Upon full payment, the client receives a broad license to use the final deliverables for business purposes in the ways discussed for the project. If the client needs full ownership or assignment of rights, that must be stated in writing and may require an additional fee.

C. Portfolio and promotion. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may display completed work or excerpts for our portfolio, website, social media, reels, case studies, and marketing. If a client requires no portfolio use, it must be agreed in writing and may involve an additional fee.

D. Third-party assets. If the client provides logos, music, photos, footage, documents, or other assets, the client represents that they have rights to use them and agrees to hold us harmless for claims related to those assets.

E. Music licensing. We typically use properly licensed music when needed. If a client requests music we cannot license, the client is responsible for obtaining legal rights, or we will use alternative licensed music.

Subcontractors

We may use subcontractors such as additional shooters, editors, designers, assistants, or other production support to deliver services. We remain responsible for overall project delivery as described in the Project Agreement.

Safety And Right To Stop Work

We may stop or postpone production if conditions are unsafe or if there is harassment, threats, unsafe conduct, lack of access, or other conditions that prevent us from working professionally. Additional costs may apply if a shoot must be rescheduled due to safety or access issues.

No Guaranteed Results

Examples, testimonials, videos, trainings, or case studies are for informational and illustrative purposes only. We do not guarantee specific business results, including leads, sales, revenue, booked calls, views, followers, engagement, or return on investment. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including the client’s offer, audience, distribution, sales process, follow-up, market conditions, and implementation.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, venue restrictions, equipment failure, data loss, acts of God, government actions, internet outages, or platform issues. We will work with you to reschedule or adjust deliverables as reasonable.
